Michael Paul Haydn Rynish prefers to be called 'Mike'. That's pretty typical of him because he's a no nonsense straight talker who goes right to the point, with a few laughs along the way of course (he has a Jokes and Humor Website, which you can visit at http://www.im-c.com/jokes.htm.

Mike is from Colorado. He founded his company IMC Enterprises - Internet Marketing Consultants in 1996. Mike was there when the Internet was just getting started commercially. If you include the six years he spent at an AT&T Global Support Center (responsible for Europe, The Middle East and Africa) and his rollout of Lotus Notes for AT&T throughout Europe, you can say that he was there long before the Internet really got rolling commercially (Lotus Notes was the predecessor of what are now commonly called 'Intranets').

Mike has been through it all when it comes to the Internet. He's done big projects and small ones. Some of his clients include CREATON, Europe's largest manufacturer of ceramic roofing tiles, Beechcraft and Augusta Air. There are a host of smaller clients as well. Mike has personally created about 10,000 Web pages. He also operates two online shopping centers, IMC International Shopping and IMC Luxury Shopping. The shopping centers average 400 unique visitors each day.

Mike lives and works in southern Germany near the town of Augsburg. He's been happily married since 1987 and has a teenage son. Both Mike and his son play soccer. Mike is also involved in the local theater group, which performs comedy plays each year on an 'open air' stage.

-Provided techical support for Windows NT, Windows 95, Novell and Unix.


Two years specialization in video conferencing systems:
-In depth knowledge of video conferencing systems and ISDN.
-Technical support during installation of video conferencing systems.
-Analysis and solving of video conferencing technical problems.


One-and-a-half years as a Lotus Notes system administrator.
-Iinitiated, and was responsible for the European rollout of Lotus Notes for AT&T.
