analyst for an AT&T technical support center, at the AT&T Engineering and
Manufacturing facility in Augsburg, Germany (responsible for Europe, the Middle East,
and Africa):
-Provided technical support for major customers (laptops, PCs,
and Servers).
-Provided techical support for Windows NT, Windows 95, Novell
and Unix.
Two years specialization in video conferencing systems:
-In depth knowledge of video conferencing systems and
ISDN.
-Technical support during installation of video conferencing
systems.
-Analysis and solving of video conferencing technical
problems.
One-and-a-half years as a Lotus Notes system
administrator.
-Iinitiated, and was responsible for the European rollout of
Lotus Notes for AT&T.
